Administrative Level Command Structure
Fleet Admiral
Responsible for overseeing entire XenoCorp Defensive Division. Typically also CEO of XenoCorp Inc.
Duties Include :
Fleet maneuvers, coordinating all Squadron activities with Fleet Rear Admirals, Fleet Commodores, and other Administrative personnel. Makes executive level decisions regarding operations of XenoCorp Defensive Division.
Fleet Vice Admiral
Responsible for assisting the Fleet Admiral in overseeing the entire XenoCorp Defensive Division.
Typically also Vice President of XenoCorp Inc. The Fleet Vice Admiral reports directly to the Fleet Admiral
Duties Include :
Assisting the Fleet Admiral in Fleet maneuvers, coordinating all Corporate and Fleet Defense Force activities with the Fleet Rear Admiral(s). Makes executive level decisions regarding operations of XenoCorp Defensive Division in conjunction with Fleet Admiral.
Fleet Rear Admiral
Responsible for assisting the Fleet Vice Admiral in overseeing the entire XenoCorp Defensive Division. Typically also Ranking Cabinet Member of the Corporate Council, and Executive Member of XenoCorp Inc. It is possible to have several Fleet Rear Admirals overseeing different tactical divisions of XenoCorp Inc. Fleet Rear Admirals all report directly to the Fleet Vice Admiral.
Duties Include :
Assisting the Fleet Vice Admiral in Fleet maneuvers, coordinating all Squadron activities with Fleet Commodores, and other Administrative personnel. Makes executive level decisions regarding operations of XenoCorp Defensive Division in conjunction with Fleet Vice Admiral.
Fleet Commodore
Division heads, coordinate all activities within their division. Coordinating all Squadron activities with other Fleet Commodores, and other Administrative personnel, developing tactical research programs, evaluating possible hotspots for XenoCorp involvement. Typically one to two Fleet Commodores per squadron.
Duties Include :
Supplying review documentation and technical documentation based upon results of research in their respective division, recommends commendations and promotions.
SQUADRON LEVEL COMMAND STRUCTURE
Squadron Commodore
Squadron Commodore, reports directly to Fleet Commodore assigned to the squadron.
Duties Include :
Oversees general activity in the specific squadron. Responsible for Administration of the Squadron(s) training regimes, advancement training, and other Leadership responsibilities as instructed by Administrative Command. Supplies Administrative staff with commendation and promotion information based upon results of evaluation of Senior Squadron Captains evaluation of the individual Squadron Captains' tactical performance, recommends commendations and promotions.
Senior Captain
Squadron heads, reports directly to Fleet Commodore assigned to the squadron.
Duties Include :
Oversees all actual activity in the specific squadron. Responsible for training regimes, advancement training, and other Leadership responsibilities as instructed by Administrative Command. Supplies review documentation and technical documentation based upon results of evaluation of Squadron Captains tactical performance, recommends commendations and promotions.
Captain
Squadron Captains. The most valuable part of the Defense Division. Reports directly to the Squadron Senior Captain assigned to the squadron
Duties Include :
Pilots the ships of the squadrons in tactical engagements. Responsible for mission objective completion in assigned missions. Responsible for compliance with all standards, training regimes and other activites set forth by the Squadron Administration and the Fleet Administration.
