GUILD BANK PROTOCOL

1.) If you need under 15 gold for something, and the guild bank is ABOVE 50 gold, then a Email through the AoC Email system to ASTOTHEROUS detailing the following MUST be sent:
a.) Reason for withdrawal
b.) When you plan to pay the gold back to the guild bank.
2.) If you need under 15 gold for something, and the guild bank is BELOW 50 gold, then you =-MUST-= obtain permission from the Guild Lord BEFORE withdrawing the gold.
3.) If you need more than 15 gold for something regardless you =-MUST-= obtain permission from the Guild Lord before withdrawing the gold.
Please follow this protocol, failure to do so will cause you to loose your ability to deposit / pull things from the guild bank.
