Ok so today i had someone that is a tactical officer that is comm rank 5 buy a science ship and get in it and see if you can use the skills on it. the target subsytems to be exact well..... he was able to use them. so it is looking like all the class choice is for is for the ground missions science doc ect.. so anyone can fly anything and get to use the ships skills. i mean its all up to you and where you put your skill points in to wich in the end will make that class better so keep that in mind when game launches. ok i have used up my posting for the month so see you next month

excellent! that will make frey very happy as i know he wanted to be a tactical officer and fly cruisers. i have to say it makes much more sense this what than originally explained in the forums. good work!
