hellgate open beta issues

first off, be very careful on the marketplace. it is very slow. often it will take 4-5 min for you to get a response when you buy something. "only click on an item once and wait.
once you win something, go into the "sell items" tab and that is where you send your purchase to the mailbox. again click the arrow button just once and wait.
when you receive your item in the mail, open your mail by hitting "z" and then click on the item in the mail and wait. it will take 20sec-1 min for the item to be "stuck" to your cursor. then click into your inventory.
the process is slow but it works.
